I finally have a pair of @closetcorepatterns Mitchells! I’ve made them once before, but it was a failed project from the get-go. But wow!! What fun pants! So many details that have my heart… I’m proudest of those welt pockets. 🤌🏻

I pounced on this fun denim from @stylemakerfabrics earlier this year with this pattern in mind. It has a great weight, with just enough drape to work well for “blousy” pants. Definitely work and play friendly!

This month’s #fabricforpirates shipment was a soft rib knit in a dainty floral. I love pairing neutrals with brights - the vivid flowers on a brown background were just my style.

I used the skirt from the @patternsforpirates Harriett Dress and added a waistband from the Loggers pattern. I love the little bit of a “fit-and-flare” style.

Today’s #soccermom uniform. New @patternsforpirates Loggers in Quad performance knit from @surgefabricshop and a cute ‘lil dolman tee that I made this week. I’ve been saving this incredible decal from @wildandwanderfulblog for the right top. Perfect match!

Did I take a selfie in my office? 🤦🏼‍♀️ Yes! Because I keep wearing these Closet Core Onyx Pants and forgetting to tell you how much you need a pair. I made these in suede scuba from @surgefabricshop. So stretchy and soft and the perfect bottom weight! I wish I had it in every color.

I love the fit of this pattern. They look dressy enough for the office. The hidden elastic waistband makes it easy to tuck in a top (or not). I also love the front and back seam detail. 😍

I as unprepared for how much I would love this cocoon dress! And in this Red Lava lush rib knit from @milymaefabrics! 😍 I never wear red, but I have no idea why. I LOVE THIS COLOR.

The @seamwork Tacara dress caught my attention when it released, but I never took the time to work it up. Oh my goodness… it is such a dream to wear. So comfortable!

Your friend, Rachel, is tired, y’all… settling into a new work routine is exhausting! Add a round of food poisoning into the mix and geez… I have had no motivation to sew. But I forced myself to finish a couple of projects yesterday, including this @closetcorepatterns Alabaster top.

I’m not usually one for asymmetrical hems, but there is something really chic about this top! I absolutely love it! I used a heavy rayon rib from @surgefabricshop and, I’ll be honest, it’s perfect for all day wear. I snapped these pics as soon as I walked in from work today. I’m not wrinkled and the recovery of this fabric is 🤌🏻.

When @sewcasuallychic shared her @sewliberated Arenite Pants, I had to make a pair! What a fun pair of pants! They are casually chic and… those pockets. 😍 I opted for the knit cuffs, but will probably swap them out for the elastic option.

I used a breezy stretch woven from @milymaefabrics. It’s stocking tonight in 5 colors! I would describe it as more of a knit than a woven. Regarding, it’s a great base for this pattern.

I had enough of this fun fabric from @amandasbundles to complete the third piece of my @madswick_studio MADE-line collection patterns. I love the fit of this sweatshirt. It is boxy but not oversized.
